Online Banking Help

When you click the Online Banking link from the homepage, you will get a screen that looks like this.
Click "Click here to sign on now" or just wait for the page to take you there.

Once at the login screen, if you have not enrolled for the new Online Banking system, you will need to click
"Click here to Enroll for Multi-Factor Authentication."

1. Type in your Member Number
2. You will have to "click" in your PIN number (or password) with the mouse, not the keyboard.

Please note that on all keys, there are 2 sets of letters or symbols. Be sure to click the exact one that you want.
3. Enter the Security Code number that is in the box.
4. Hit Submit.

You will now be asked to either choose a predetermined question or create your own, plus enter an answer.
You must complete all 5 questions.
You may also enter a Login Nickname.
For the Security Image, choose a word, phrase, or a mix of letters and numbers. The word you choose will be on your login page for you only. If you see your Security Image, you know you are on a secure page when you login.

Once you've enrolled for the new Online Banking System:
1. Enter your member number
2. Type in the number in the Security Code image

You will now be asked one of your questions. Enter the answer and hit Submit.

Once you are logged in, if you want to change your PIN, security questions, or Security Image, click More.

After clicking more, click MFA to change these options.
