When entering information, (such as an account number) Voice Response asks you to enter the information followed by a "pound sign." This is the key on your phone. When you press this key, you are telling Voice Response that you have finished entering the requested information.

Use Voice Response
Enter your member number and the first 2 letters of your last name, followed by the pound key.

Enter your password followed by the pound key.

The first time you use Voice Response, you will be asked to enter your Social Security number. You will then be asked to choose your own password.
