Coronavirus Update

We are concerned for the safety and health of our members and employees regarding the Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. We want to assure you that Citizens has taken several measures to protect you and our employees, and to maintain an uninterrupted level of service that you can depend upon.

• To help prevent the spread of viruses, we’ve increased the precautions beyond those that we use each year during flu season. High-touch, high-traffic areas are cleaned throughout the day. Employees are encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands throughout the day.

• As always, any employees who are feeling ill are asked to stay home.

• If you’d rather not visit us at our branches, we understand – always remember that you can bank with us in many other ways. You can monitor accounts and transfer funds through our online banking and mobile app. We are also available by telephone or simply go to one of our many surcharge free ATMs around west Texas. Our branch ATMs are cleaned throughout the day for your protection.

• If you do visit one of our branches, you may see signs of additional protections. For instance, you may see some employees wearing gloves when handling cash or others cleaning public areas.

• We will continue to serve you through our website, over our social media channels (Facebook & Instagram), by email, and phone.

We’ve seen a lot of ups and downs in our 65 year history. Through it all, Citizens has remained a safe, sound place to do business. Thank you for your membership.
