How to Skip a Payment

Online Banking Users:
The easiest and fastest way to skip-a-payment is from within Online Banking. Simply log in and click the Skip A Pay button next to your loan and follow the steps. If you have any issues, give us a call at 800-248-2328 and one of our Membership Representatives will be glad to assist you!

To Qualify:

• Your November payment has been made
• Your loan is open 90 days or more
• Your loan hasn't been 30+ days delinquent over the life of the loan
• The loan balance is more than $500
• There is not a freeze on the loan
