How Does It Work?
When interacting with Citizens FCU, a Member Service Rep will send a MemberPass verification request to your mobile phone number on file. (Make sure we have your current phone number on file!)
You'll receive the MemberPass verification request in a text message sent to your phone.
Then, it's one simple tap to verify yourself on your smartphone and your identity is confirmed.
After you tap Yes, you'll receive a confirmation message.
How Do I Enroll?
First, make sure we have your current phone number attached to your account.
Give us a call at 432-267-6373, option 1 and ask to enroll.
An enrollment text message will be sent to your phone.
Tap the link and you're enrolled!
