Text alerts offer members real-time notifications, enhancing financial awareness and security. These alerts keep members informed of account activity, such as deposits, withdrawals, or low balances, allowing them to manage their finances more effectively. With text alerts, members can stay connected to their accounts anywhere, making it easier to track spending, avoid overdrafts, and maintain control over their financial health. And it's free!

Get Started: Online Banking
On the left menu, click eAlerts & Text Notifications.
Click Create New eAlert.
Get Started: Mobile App
On the bottom right corner, tap More, then tap eAlerts, then Create New eAlert.
Set Up a Notification for ACH Items on Your Checking Account
Click ACH Transactions, then Continue.
First, select your Checking Account (this is usually the 100 account).
In Step 2, click both boxes to Alert me when an ACH deposit occurs and Alert me when an ACH withdrawal occurs.
In Step 3, choose Secure Message Center Only.
Finally, click the box for Send a message to my mobile device(s).
Now click Add Alert.
Now you'll get a text message every time an ACH deposit or withdrawal hits your Checking account!
Mess around with other settings to tailor the notification or additional notifications on what information you'd like to notified about.
