The Most Common Scams Targeting Members Right Now

Phishing texts and emails remain the #1 threat. You may receive a message that looks like it's from your bank or credit union, urging you to "verify your account" or "confirm a suspicious charge." Don't click. Go directly to our website or call us.

Imposter scams are on the rise. Scammers pose as government agencies, utility companies, or even financial institutions, pressuring you to act fast. Real organizations will never demand immediate payment via gift cards or wire transfers.

Account takeover fraud happens when criminals get hold of your login credentials — often through data breaches or weak passwords. Protect yourself by using unique, strong passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication wherever possible.

What You Can Do Today

Never share your PIN, password, or one-time passcode — not even with us.
Review your account statements regularly and report anything unusual immediately.
Set up account alerts so you're notified of every transaction in real time.
